- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team and respond promptly and efectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels like phone,email and social media and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and discussions including inquiries, resolutions and leads indentified
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the related team for continuous quality improvement
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions

- Possess a Bachelor Degree Holder
- Customer Service Management, Customer Support and Customer Satisfactions skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and GM
- Experience in managing a customer service team
- Strong organizational and time management sills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools
