The role involves leadership, administrative tasks, curriculum development, staff management, student welfare and safety, parental engagement, and professional development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
Leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in English.
