1. School Operations Management
- Manage the onboarding of new students in compliance with the school procedures.
- Schedule the school classes and student community activities following the K&U MM
headquarter guidelines.
- Manage the teachers schedules to cover all classes, community activities, internal
events and demo classes.
- Manage and control the inventory of the school didactic materials and stationaries.
- Ensure the school is always clean and tidy.
2. Academic success management
- Proactively participate in the teacher selection process
- Manage and execute the Kids&Us academic procedures in full compliance
- Implement all corrective measures requested from Kids&Us Myanmar Academic
Management in compliance to Kids&Us standards
- Make requests for teachers’ reinforcement trainings to the Academic Management
3. Customer experiences management and commercial support
- Develop a close relationship and high level of trust with the families by following the
parent-teacher communication protocol of the school
- Be accountable for all interactions with parents at the school to ensure parents and
students satisfaction, resolve issues that emerge, and escalate to higher management
as required
- Work in close collaboration with the commercial function and provide full support to
drive customer retention and student referrals
- Ensure compliance to Kids&Us English-only environment is respected by all staff while
communicating with the students of the school
- Actively participate in all CX initiative of the organization
4. People engagement and development
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the services team of the school in line with
the organization’s HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance to the organization’s training programs and policies.
- Drive the engagement level in the team and stimulate high morale in the school.
