The role responsible for the overall vision of credit card related products/projects from inception, through launch, and to the customer journey, needs to
envision how each team is going to play a role in the product’s success

• Handles daily activities of the credit cards support function and VIP customer services and ticketing activities.
• Manages a cross-functional team, including the card operation team, call center team, marketing, technology team, legal, risks and others.
• End to End Project Management of credit cards enhancement project with Cards vendor and other parties
• Conduct regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Develop and implements marketing plans to drive business growth and meet business target
• Initiates product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment.
• Design and implements credit card operations policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency
• Ensures that project milestones/goals are met
• Meets monthly/annual sales target by coordinating with the team.
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature

• Bachelor & degree in related field.
• Strong functional knowledge of card products, including credit cards, and previous involvement in card issuance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated
• Proven work experience as a product/project manager (5+ years of experience in a related are).
