The Head of HR is responsible for leading the Human Resources department and developing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and risk management, strategic HR leadership and team management, HR operations, and organizational development. The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Other duties assigned by the senior management team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in the education industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ability to create and implement people strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Thorough and methodical attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and passion for leading with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Expertise in HR Software and strong IT/Digital knowledge.
  • Fluent in English language skills, both written and verbal.
