- Ultimately responsibile for designing the sales strategy, negotiating with the Group CEO and the GM for teams' targets, and achieving the sales targets.- Assigns tasks and objectives to the Internal Channel Team and to the External Channel Teams.- Works with the Marketing Team to design campaigns and events.- Responsibile for creating all the sales reports.- Responsible to manage the sales budget.- Represents the company at any event where there may be lead generation opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master Degree is preferred). - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector, banking and finance sector, and telecom sector. - Proven track records managing a sales team and achieving/ exceeding sales targets.- Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and sales strategy development.- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and data analysis platforms to generate reports.- Prefer good understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
