Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Conduct regular sales calls to acquire both deposit and consumer loan clients.
Cross-sell and up-sell all banking products by cultivating strong, enduring client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
Monitor client accounts, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure seamless banking service delivery.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support sales team members in acquiring deposits and consumer loans.
Regularly monitor team performance, providing coaching to maximize productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice.
Foster strong communication and alignment with management to optimize team performance.

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
•   At least 5 years of proven track record as a Sales Lead or Relationship Manager in banking industry.
•   In-depth knowledge of banking products, especially for deposits and consumer loans.
•   Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style.
•   Proficiency in MS Office for effective consumer loan verification, data analysis and reporting.
•   Fluency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear communication with clients and colleagues.
