Job Description

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies and culture
  • Organize and maintain employee records and documentation
  • Preparing job descriptions, job posting, contractual terms and conditions of employment
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. attendance sheet, leaves, absence, sick days)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Performing administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Interested working in travel and tours
