Manage End to End recruitment process inclusive of onboarding to off boarding.
Assist in registration all of regulatory required training and examinations and licensing applications.
Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for agents.
Managing all promotion, compensation and remuneration packages for agency channel.
Assists in documentation process and agents event.

Job Requirements

Any university graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
Good command of both English and Burmese (both written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, influential, creative, resourceful leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics.
Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals.
