  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents (e.g., employment records and contracts) are up-to-date.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related issues or policies.
  • Support HR projects as assigned.
