The Product Development Specialist of KBZPay Official Accounts & Chat is mainly responsible for driving the product development process, interacting with cross-functional teams, in addition to delivering customer-centric products and services that improve users' experience.

• To participate in the development of a product from concept to launch, collaborating with external and internal cross-functional teams.
• Develop product documentation that describes business proposals, high-level use cases, technical requirements, SOP, BRD and wireframes.
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
• Understand and support business analysts and internal teams for the data and business- related requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting thorough testing and collaborating with quality assurance teams.
• Collaborate with product team members and tech partners to prioritize and implement operational improvements and feature requests based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Proactively own assigned products/workstreams from end to end, and work with different functional stakeholders to ensure the success of assigned products/workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as compliance, legal, and risk management teams, to ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
• Must understand the basic concepts of UI/UX and work closely with internal teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Any certificate of Product Management and Fintech Products is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
• Understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and systems.
• Proficiency in English.
