The role holder is responsible for the integration and implementation of Mortgage Product as well as to assist development of innovative solutions in
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and product launch.
  • Assist in SOP/SLA implementation for more operational efficiency related to Loan Products.
  • Preparing New Product Proposal and other related documents.
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Ops Risk, ICT on new product Programme.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Mortgage’s products and features to assist internal team effectively and address their needs.
  • Defining the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences.
  • Assist Deputy Head of Mortgage in implementing current and future Mortgage Product strategies.

  • Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
  • Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred.
  • Good negotiating skill and communication skill.
