- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

   - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are clearly defined.

   - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

   - Ensure that necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively.

   - Coordinate with procurement to manage the acquisition of project materials.

   - Track and report on resource utilization and availability.

   - Serve as the main point of contact for project, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

   - Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.

   - Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.

   - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.

   - Ensure that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the telecommunications or FTTX industry.

  - Experience with fiber optic network deployment projects preferred.

  - Strong organizational skills.

  - Skill in Microsoft Offices

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  - Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

  - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
