1. **Sales Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive project sales in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

2. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

3. **B2B Sales:**
- Identify and target potential business clients, including investors, corporate clients, and real estate agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Present and pitch real estate projects to potential business clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.

4. **B2C Sales:**
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage individual buyers.
- Conduct sales presentations, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers.
- Guide buyers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.

5. **Sales Operations:**
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.

6. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, clients, and sales activities.

7. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth project delivery.
