Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and Control all activities in sales process.
  • Plan, execute, align & manage all sales plans to meet target/KPIs
  • Proactively develop the sales channels through the support of different business units.
  • Coordinate with the operations to provide the best quality service in addition to timely delivery, technical training and on site sales support.
  • Prepare and present all related sales reports to the management.
  • Prepare and control the department budget.
  • To follow all procedures under company's rules & regulations
  • Prepare and arrange the essential trainings for all sales team members
  • Lead the team through collaborations & coaching sessions
  • Monitor sale pipeline and manage the effectiveness of sales communications aligned with guideline provided by management guidelines

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree with Sales & Marketing background & higher level education is also preferred
  • Minimum of 5years Sales Experience in related field is mandatory and having Lubricant background is preferred.
  • Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication in English & Myanmar is preferred
  • Excellent Computer skills (word, excel, power point, email)
  • Good Planning and organization skills
  • Driving skills with valid local driving license (Preferred).
  • Able to travel, locally.
