Job Description

  • Sells products by maintaining good customer relationship and managing staff.
  • Be able to hit the sales target 
  • Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing 
  • Plan daily PJP, day trips and monthly trips to the regions and assign to team member
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by coaching sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Lead & report month to month Sales status to management.
  • Can be family with Region (Upper or Lower) .Specially for Lower Regional or   Upper Regional .
  • Strong experiences in regional sale managements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sale Manager Position (F&B sector or FMCG preferred).
  • Age above 30 years.
  • Solid background in Sales Mangements.
  • Sale Plan , Way Plan & Marketing Skills must needed.
  • Working knowledge of standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and email.
  • Able to travel in a job description & if necessary, able to drive.
  • Communication & Teamwork must be skillful.
