  • သတ်မှတ်အရောင်းပမာဏ Volume Target ပြည့်မီရန်။
  • ပြီးခဲ့သောနှစ်၏ ကာလတူတွင်ရခဲ့သော အရောင်းပမာဏ Volume Target ထက် တိုးတက်ရန်။ 
  • သတ်မှတ် Area အတွင်းရှိ Retail, Wholesale Customer များအပါအဝင် အလားအလာရှိသောဈေးကွက်၏ 100% ကို ဖြန့်ချီရောင်းချရန်။ 
  • Credit ရောင်းချထားသော Customer များထံမှ သတ်မှတ်ကာလအတွင်း ငွေပြန်လည်ကောက်ခံရန်။
  • သတ်မှတ်နယ်မြေအတွင်းရှိ Customer များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင်တည်ဆောက်ရန်။ 
  • အရောင်းအဖွဲ့၏ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု၊ အရည်အသွေး၊ လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး၊ အကျင့်စာရိတ္တ နှင့် လိုက်နာရန်လိုအပ်သည်များအား သင်ကြား၊ ပြသ၊ ဦးဆောင်၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
  • သတ်မှတ်အရောင်းပမာဏ Volume Target ပြည့်မီရန်အတွက် ကိုက်ညီမည့် Sales Plan များရေးဆွဲရန်နှင့် ထိုရေးဆွဲထားသော Sales Plan များအတိုင်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။ 
  • ကာလတိုရေးဆွဲထားသော Sale Planning များအတွက်လိုအပ်သော Strategic Solution များကိုရှာဖွေရန်နှင့် အသုံးချရန်။

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years plus exp in similar role in FMCG & Beverages Field
  • Excellent in computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Willing to travel and sale trip.
  • Holder of Driving License
