Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage resourcing budget utilization against costs in hiring activities (e.g. negotiating pay/salary rates, external recruiter fees, job advertisement fees, etc.)
  • Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model.
  • Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs
  • Manage implementation of tactical resourcing policies, procedures, and processes to govern the organization's hiring activities.
  • Manage usage of resourcing and talent acquisition tools/templates. Ensure compliance and customize tools/templates to meet internal requirements.
  • Manage and implement the selection matrix for choosing the optimum resourcing channels and sources (e.g. newspaper advertisements, social media, websites, magazines, external search agencies/consultants, etc.)
  • Review periodical reporting of resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.). Recommend tactical action plans, where applicable
  • Manage the implementation of ad hoc projects and initiatives related to resourcing and talent acquisition to ensure continuous improvements of HR solutions.
  • Act as the country-level point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all resourcing and talent acquisition issues/requests
  • Lead in developing and executing employer branding strategy to attract best-fit talents for DKSH Myanmar
  • Creation of suitable campaigns in collaboration with BU/Functions to support recruiting.
  • Lead the recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and career fairs etc.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
  • Demonstrate advanced research, proactive candidate sourcing and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
