Job Description

  1. Helping create and maintain store culture focused on the customer.
  2. Demonstrating detailed knowledge of all products and service.
  3. Monitoring and positively affecting profitability in the areas of customer service, Sales, inventory, Expenses Control and risk management and visual merchandising.
  4. Assisting Store manager with hiring associates that support our customer focused culture
  5. Helping to train, develop and coach associates on selling skills and behaviors and operational procedures.
  6. Implementing all visual merchandising standards and operational direction.
  7. Ensuring that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleaning
  8. Helping create merchandise presentations and displays that have impact are customer focused and maximize sales
  9. Understanding the fabrication differences and styling the customer
  10. Prepare the duty roaster for the sales staff.
  11. Carry out the cash matter if necessary to back office.
  12. To send the daily sales reports end of the day.
  13. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  1. Ensure merchandise and store standards are implemented consistently.
  2. Deliver a clean and well maintained store.
  3. Create and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  4. Maintain high standards when hiring and evaluating associates.
  5. Ensure that standard policies and procedures are maintained.
  6. Ensure tools, reports and equipment are available to perform all job responsibilities.
  7. Maintain effective and efficient processes and systems.
  8. Provide training and development to empower associates.
  1. Maintains and monitor efficient systems for receiving stock shipments, transfers, and handling of defective merchandise.
  2. Communicates all inventory issues to the appropriate parties.
  3. Assists in general housekeeping duties within the store.
  4. Ensures all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced.
  5. Ensures store's profits are maximized through effective inventory control
  6. Report to Store Manager
  7. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate and Sales and Marketing Diploma
  2. 3 + years of previous retail management experience. Must have experience with operations, merchandising, sales, and stock activities.
  3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
  5. Ability to understand budgets, sales hourly goals, and allocations.
  6. Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
