  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Handle the organization rules, regulation, policy and procedure
  • Be actively involved in recruitment process, including repairing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Monitoring the employee attendance, leave, absent and personal grooming
  • Handle and provide guidance on employee inquiries on HR related matter
  • Manage employee relations issue, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records and file and updating data according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Handling employee offboarding process to be smooth transition
  • Monitoring office matters such as repair and maintenance, cleaning and security
  • Provide general administration support with the day-to-day operation
  • Perform other HR and Administration duties as required as assigned by management

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor’s degree holder and Diploma in HR Management and Development
  • Must be under 40 years old. (Depending on work experience, age limit can be negotiated.)
  • At least (5) years of working experience in HR and Admin management role
  • Understanding labour laws and rules
  • Proficient in MS Office Package, Email & internet
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Must be agile, able to organize, able to work collaboratively with other department
  • Must be willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Must be honest and work hard, and have good morals
