-Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager to join our dynamic team. The MEP Manager will be responsible for overseeing all MEP aspects of our construction projects, building MEP team ensuring that systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

-Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems integrate seamlessly with overall project design.

3. Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

4. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all MEP work meets project specifications, codes, and standards.

5. Manage relationships with MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

6. Develop and manage MEP project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

7. Supervise and mentor MEP engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

8. Ensure all MEP activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

9. Identify and resolve MEP-related issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Education:           Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in MEP disciplines are a plus.

Experience:         Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in Myanmar or Southeast Asia.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MEP design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant tools.

Knowledge:         Deep understanding of MEP systems, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Leadership:         Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
