  • Managing different branches and offices, and analyzing operations and staff performance.
  • Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement tasks.
  • Developing and implementing various quality control methods.

  • Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff.

  • Experiences in manager field in the FTTX operations process.
  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in a managerial role would be advantageous.
  • Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and train staff members.
  • Strong budgeting and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership qualities.
  • Over 5 years of experience in relevant telecommunication industry experience required. Team management of capacity of 200+ team members and 100+ casual work.
