Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Handle and Support HR operations, including hiring and HR operations
  • Assist with the collective bargaining process, review data related to employee contracts, and oversee the grievance process
  • Support HR management with administrative tasks like recording information, processing documents
  • Help leaders build relationships with employees, address employee concerns, and resolve disputes between employees and company leadership
  • Communicating with applicants
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (Employee Database, attendance, SSB,Income Tax) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Recruitment & Selection or similar role
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Able to travel
