An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Partner with functional management and supervisors to identify business and organization needs in achieving it’s goals; develop and implement business solutions and initiatives to support business objective.
  • Establish operational directions for the business, implement organizational design and structure to support current and future business needs.
  • Implement People strategies and directions.
  • Leverage HR Model and work with COEs, Internal Communications and across the system to ensure smooth deployment of People services in the organization.
  • Ensure HR processes, policies, and guidelines are in place to support CCPBM culture, local, statutory/regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Support employee engagement and relations activities for the operation through pro-active hands on approach, with managers, employees and labor committees.
  • Coaching supervisors to manage their teams and work with Employees to resolve issues, including disciplinary and complaints procedures.
  • Partners with functional supervisors in identifying organization capability requirements given business needs and longterm plans and in developing of strategies and action plans to address capability gaps.
  • Implements the capability building strategies and programs in partnership with Talent and Developmen.
  • Assist in successful deployment of the Talent and Development framework to build a high performing organization culture and set the foundation to develop organizational capabilities of people leaders and employees to support business goals.
  • Ensure timely deployment of organization processes such onboarding and offboarding, compliance and incident investigations, performance management etc.,
  • Support Organizational Efficiency programs and interventions to deliver productivity, value creation, optimization and process improvements across the organization.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process.
  • Works with SBP Head in developing action plans to address issues / concerns identified.
  • Facilitate team development workshops and focus groups to build comradeship and cross-functional team interactions across the organization.
  • Facilitates communications between supervisor and employees through various media (e.g. Employee Survey, Town Hall Meetings, etc.).
  • Assist the organization with external affairs relationships particularly with industry, community, schools and environmental groups as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably some in FMCG industry.
  • University/bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have Coaching, Influencing and Facilitating Skills.
  • Excellent Analytical-thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Experience in HR Policy and procedure implementation.
  • Fluent in English 4 Skills.
