We are looking for a Product Support works under the supervision of the Product Support Manager to provide technical assistance and support to
customers using the company's products or services. This role involves learning about the products, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers
to ensure their satisfaction. The Product Support collaborates with senior team members to resolve customer inquiries and contribute to the overall
success of the support team.

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering timely and accurate technical support via various channels such as phone, email, and Ticketing system.
  • Investigate system issues reported by customers, utilizing problem-solving skills and product knowledge to provide effective solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company &  products, features, and functionalities to assist customers effectively and address their needs.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to assist customers and team members.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to identify areas for product enhancement and communicate them to the product development team.
  • Work closely with Senior team, product team and other departments to communicate customer needs, share insights, and drive product improvements.
  • Participate in monitoring and analyzing customer support interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
