Manages, develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment plan that involves effective prospective student management, targeted recruitment efforts delivery, effectively enrolling prospective students.
Initiates strategies for student success and retention; educates students and parents regarding various pathways to higher education.
Visits high schools, private/boarding schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual students, and meets with school counsellors and administrators to promote our University's Programme courses
Systematically gather market and competitor information and conduct market research.
Organizes and implements all aspects of campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls.
Supervises assigned staff, including hiring, work assignments, performance management and evaluations, process workflows, training and problem resolution
Provides leadership to the recruitment team; develops and oversees recruitment strategies, annual recruitment goals and objectives, and outreach events in support of the university’s strategic plan
Researches and utilizes data and recruitment tools to select prospective populations to target for marketing and recruitment messaging.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree holder or MBA degree holder is preferred.
Three years’ work experience in related field.
Experience in education sector.
Experience in a similar role an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with a wide variety of people.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
A friendly professional manner and appearance.
Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure.
Ambitious and results orientated.
