  • Ensure adherence to company standards during installation procedures.
  • Customer complaints promptly and effectively to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians to resolve technical issues and restore services in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently allocate tasks among team members and supervise their execution.
  • monitoring and aligning the daily installation and complaint routes to maximize efficiency to prevent the over-service level agreement.
  • Monitor team members' material usage and maintain adequate materials.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on work progress, and complaint resolutions.
  • Analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary solutions.
  • Work towards achieving daily targets for installations and complaint resolutions.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and meet performance objectives.
  • Follow up on complaint tickets with team members to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities, providing support as needed.
  • Engage in negotiations with Township administrators to resolve Right-of-Way (ROW) issues as necessary.
  • Daily, Monthly, Overall Management Report to Senior Manager
  • Manage resources such as equipment, materials, and budgets efficiently to optimize operational costs and maximize productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related Field.
  • Strong public relation skills
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Good people-management skills.
  • Managing reports and necessary documentation
  • Cost estimation and developing the Budget
  • Controlling time management
  • Practical knowledge and work with MS word, excel and power Point
  • Activity and Resource planning
  • Engineering processes and practices and their impact on project activities
  • Over 5 years of experience in relevant telecommunication industry experience required. Team management of capacity of 50+ team members and 100+ casual work.
