1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the annual business plan and budget.
  • Conduct annual salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation within the industry.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Oversee the recruitment process by advising managers on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data.
  • Update and maintain job requirements and descriptions for all positions to reflect organizational needs.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary increments, performance appraisals, and bonus schemes.
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws, including employment, Social Security Board (SSB), income tax, and labor laws, in coordination with the CPO.
  • Oversee lawful employee terminations and final settlements, ensuring the return of company property and recovery actions as necessary.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing employee relations counseling.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and other relationship matters within the company.
  • Enhance communication channels to reduce conflict and lower staff turnover rates.
  • Minimize costs associated with re-hiring by improving employee retention.
  • Travel to field locations to support line managers and conduct monitoring visits.
  • Draft and distribute HR policies as needed to ensure clarity and compliance.

5. HR Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to HR team members.

6. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR compliance program and related legal activities with the approval of the CPO.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including handling employee discipline and welfare issues.

7. Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Implement programs and policies that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

8. Training and Development:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Oversee succession planning and talent management initiatives.

9. Technology and Analytics:

  • Utilize HR technology and data analytics to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Implement HRIS systems and ensure accurate data management.

10. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other tasks as defined by ADS Management in line with the employee’s skills and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
