This role holder is responsible checking KBZPay Agents or merchants KYC Verification align with SOP. Advise borrowers / branches on financial status and methods of payments.

  • Have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience.
  • Within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management.
  • .Analyse applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Review and update credit and loan files in the system.
  • Work to identify their submitted documents and to find ways of reaching to get the defined target.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly Loan Approval reports to Ops Manager.
  • Review applications to verify and authenticate information in the application form with supporting documents.
  • Call customers or other contact source to verify loan applicants’ information.

  • Evaluate loan applications within assigned limits.

Job Requirements

  • At least -2+yr year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
  • Experience working in lending/ banking/ financial services would be an added advantage.
