This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our digital transformation strategic projects and initiatives. These initiatives aim to improve our operations and services through streamlined processes, enhanced customer experiences, and seamless integration of digital solutions. This position needs to be collaborated closely with the Digital Transformation PMO, Business Department, and IT Department to drive these initiatives forward. Following are the key expected role and responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Assist in supporting the roll out of digital transformation strategy to transform operations and services digitally.
  • Oversee project implementation and transformation efforts to streamline and improve distribution and operational processes, and customer experiences.
  • Enhance internal and external journey experience through innovative digital solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with Digital Transformation PMO, Business Department, and IT Department.
  • Manage and engage multiple stakeholders to collect and update necessary project information.
  • Oversee end-to-end aspects of solution implementation including estimation, planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control, and delivery aligned with the overall digital strategy.
  • Support and assist in conducting cost/benefit analysis and resource requirements for project planning.
  • Deliver regular reports on project progress to Digital Transformation PMO and key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with third-party digital delivery vendors including on-boarding, payment, and de-boarding processes.
  • Communicate important updates and information to stakeholders as required.
  • Escalate project-related disputes and challenges to Digital Transformation PMO as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in Digital Transformation or Digital Innovation, and minimum 5 years of overall working experience in either IT or Financial related industry.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of digital projects such as customer application development, CRM, Salesforce marketing automation, and customer insight.
  • Strong user engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to and implement organizational strategy.
  • Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tasks, objectives, and strategic priorities.
  • Knowledge of customer data management and customer journeys.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Action-oriented individual who enjoys challenges and has a thorough understanding of general management.
  • Must possess integrity, credibility, and commitment to the company's core values.
  • Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrates sound work ethics.
  • Knowledge in the insurance industry (preferable).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar (Burmese).

Other Requirements:

  • Must be capable of handling responsibilities in a demanding environment, demonstrating initiative and leadership qualities.
  • Experience in Insurance Industry is an added advantage.
