This role holder is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency, requires strategic planning, effective resource management, and maintaining high standards of services. And also need to report about the administrative matter and financial matters to the Head of Admin/DPS.

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline and Implement initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of distribution within the organization to facilitate other BUs/FCs/Branches/KBZPay Centers.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines. (Allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines)
  • Develop and manage the administrative budget
    for an inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Organizational changes; Active participation in business development.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government offices, Supplier Vendors, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Leading the committees according to business needs (or as assigned by the HOD); Participating and supporting what is needed.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative and take ownership of ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion by effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing service strategies and service quality targets to promote a positive customer experience and ensure exceptional customer service (internal/external) can be delivered.
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of working experience in related field

  • Entrepreneurial and driven to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks, and constantly work with changing priorities
  • Demonstrate a past track record of managing a team
  • Ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management capability
  • Strong understanding of digital tools/ technology and the latest trends
  • Must be able work multiple-tasks and under pressure.
  • Ability to travel 50 – 80% of the time
