HRနှင့်ပက်သက်သော Rule and Regulations, labor Law, SSB, Attendance, Performance Appraisal ကိစ္စများအား စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
နေ့စဉ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးတာဝန်များ၊ မော်တော်ယာဉ်ထိန်းချုပ်မှုနှင့်လိုအပ်သည့်ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများဝယ်ယူခြင်းတို့ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု၊သတင်းပို့ခြင်း၊ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း‌ရေးရာပြသနာများကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်မှဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
HR Certificate (သို့) Diploma ရရှိထားပြီးသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
အသက် ၃၅ နှစ်အောက်ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Computer Microsoft Word, Excel,Power Point and Email/Internet တက်ကျွမ်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး(3)နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
