Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This includes assisting with recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and reporting. The HR Supervisor works closely with the HR Manager and regional HR to ensure effective HR processes and practices in TOACMM.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in job advertisement preparation and posting on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
  • Assist with reference checks and background verifications.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding procedures.

HR & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
  • Arrange Uniforms, Business card and Ferry arrangements for new and existing employees.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure the smooth processing of monthly payroll, SSB and Employee Personal Income Tax of Employee
  • Assist in applying and renewing visas and stay permit for expatriates.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, activities, and wellness programs.
  • To supervise and arrange car rental process. And to proceed with all payments for car rental such as claim for petrol, rental charges etc.
  • To arrange travelling process such as air ticket, car, (local and overseas)
  • To arrange events such as monthly Town Hall meetings, Staff Annual Dinner, Staff Farewell etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administration duties assigned by superiors.

Employee and public Relations:

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Maintain good relationships with labor related organizations.

 

 

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and necessary timely report requested by labor related organizations.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Work Location -

Commercial Office (Times City Complex) - 90%

Factory (Thilawa SEZ) - 10%

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or any Bachelor’s degree with diploma in Human Resources Management (or 3 to 5 years experiences in related HR position) 
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Familiarity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or IT and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
