An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures,
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Lead employer branding initiatives whereas working with local and global vendors as needee
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar work experience
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
