  1. Preparation of Job Specifications required for Recruitment & Selection; Announcement of Agent, Media Internal, External recruitment; Selection of employee application forms in a systematic manner; Conducting an interview In order to be selected and appointed, supervision must be carried out.
  2. In order to appoint employees according to the Organization Structure and Manpower Plan, Ensure to instruct and imform to all team member about new structure and plan.
  3. In order to make an interview appointment for the first and second interviews, the manager must supervise and give instructions to the under employees
  4. Must conduct the interviews thoroughly until the results of the interviews are released, and prepare the necessary information in order to appoint the employees to be appointed. Obtaining permission from Senior Management team.
  5. Manage New Employee Duty Report on the day the appointed employees work; Creating a New Employee Checklist; Conducting introductions, assigning responsibilities to employees under him, and giving instruction
  6. In order to continue appointing Internship/probationary employees as permanent employees, and to conduct Performance Evaluation before the expiration of the Employee Probation Review Form. Ensure to carry out screening and obtain approval in order to be appointed
  7. Managing the Job Descriptions of employees in various departments must be carried out in coordination with the relevant department in charge
  8. Manage and supervise weekly Finger Print attendance must be downloaded and reported to various departments
  9. Manage and supervise daily leave complaints and leave records must be managed by the Management Team to inform them
  10. Supervise Daily CCTV Record, Security records and Finger print machine condition be notified to know HOD and Senior Management
  11. Manage and create the HR,Admin & Safety Department Duty assign and responbilities.
  12. Manage Overtime presentation of employees in various departments; overtime operation; Overtime approval request and overtime calculation to the Department of Labor weekly and Monthly basis.
  13. Ensure to check daily leave requests of employees from various departments; Leave balance checks must be conducted.
  14. Supervise to conduct related Security Management system activities and responbilities by daily, weekly and monthly.
  15. Manage to prepare the realated HR,Admin & Safety department policy, procedure, Rules and regulation, and Forms & format to improve the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree, related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum (5) Years experiences in fields.
  • Excellent skill in HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar.
  • Have Knowledge of relevant International HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill
  • Have knowledge department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, JS, organizational design for all department and employee’s level.
  • Have good communication, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Factory Art, policy, procedure and rules.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Good communication in English Language.
  • Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
